I'm missing points from my account, where did they go?Updated 7 hours ago

If you're noticing fewer points in your account than expected, they may have already been redeemed and turned into a discount code. Once points are converted, they are no longer visible in your points balance.

To check, simply log into your DIME Rewards account and go to your Rewards History. There, you’ll see a record of any discount codes that have been generated using your points.

Note: Rewards points expire one year after they are earned.
